How do I earn credit?
Every time you rescue produce with Odd Bunch, you earn credit. You get cash back as dollar credit on every box, 1% to start and more as you move up the tiers. You can also earn bonus credit when you refer a friend and when you hit box milestones by staying subscribed. The more good you do, the more you get back.
How do I use my credit?
No more points to add up, your credit is real dollars. Log into your account and switch on "Auto-apply to the next order," and your credit comes right off your next box. Would rather save it for later? Switch the toggle off and your credit stays in your account until you want it. Either way, make your change before your order cutoff (Tuesdays at 11:55 p.m. ET) so it applies to that box.
Does my credit expire?
Your credit expires after six months of no activity. As long as you're ordering, it stays. You can check your balance anytime in your account.
How do referral rewards work?

What are the loyalty tiers?
Three tiers based on how much you spend over time: Seedling (1% back), Sprout (1.25% back), and Bloom (1.5% back). The more you rescue, the more you unlock, including early access to sales and exclusive perks at higher tiers.
Can I use my credit with a discount code?
Yes. You can use a discount code and your credit on the same order, the discount comes off first, then your credit applies to what's left. If you'd rather save your credit, it stays in your account for next time.
How do I check my credit?

What happens if I skip a week?
Life happens, skipping won't cost you your credit or your tier. But staying subscribed keeps your streak going and unlocks bonus credit at milestones, so consistency has its perks.
Can I earn credit on add-ons or extras?
Yes. Every dollar you spend earns cash back, so any eligible purchase through your Odd Bunch account, add-ons and extras included, earns credit.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, we hold your credit for 21 days so you can come back and keep it. After 21 days, it expires.
How do I move up tiers?
Tiers are based on your total spend over time. Keep rescuing produce regularly and you'll move up, unlocking more perks along the way.
Do I need to sign up to join?
Nope. Every Odd Bunch customer is automatically part of the program, and you start earning credit the moment you place your first order. You're welcome.
Does a refund affect my credit?
No. If you get a refund, the credit you already earned from that order stays put. Refunds and rewards are handled separately.
