Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor
   This giveaway is sponsored by Odd Bunch and Loblawsisoutofcontrol, collectively referred to as the "Sponsors."
2. Eligibility
   The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who:

• Have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
• Reside within Odd Bunch's deliverable area.

         Employees of the Sponsors, their affiliates, advertising agencies, and        immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period
   The giveaway begins on December 10th, 2024 at 8 AM EST, and ends on December 16th, 2024, at 6:00 PM EST. All entries must be received during this period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete and submit the official sign-up form, including all required information. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize
   The prize consists of forty (40) small mixed boxes, with ten (10) boxes awarded to winners in each of the following provinces:

• Ontario
• Quebec
• Alberta (Calgary)
• British Columbia

       The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other        alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via direct message or email within 24 hours following the giveaway closing date. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Deliverable Area Verification
   Entrants must reside in a location within Odd Bunch's deliverable area. If the randomly selected winner does not meet this requirement, an alternate winner will be chosen.
8. Privacy
   By entering, participants agree to allow the Sponsors to use their information solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
   The Sponsors are not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Publicity
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsors to use their name, likeness, and location for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Governing Law
    This giveaway is governed by the laws of Canada and is void where prohibited.
12. Agreement to Rules
    By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding.
