HOW ODD BUNCH WORKS?
You select a box
We gather "odd" produce from local farms and distributors
We deliver straight to your door
You save time, money and the planet
Enjoy your farmer's market quality produce
HOW WE DO IT?
We source fresh fruits and vegetables that are great to eat, but are thrown away due to their "imperfect" appearance or a surplus production. Think of an apple orchard that picks their harvest, they sort and grade through the product, and in the process, accumulate a volume of apples that don't meet strict cosmetic standards of retail stores often based on size, shape, symmetry, or colour.
This is where Odd Bunch steps in. We source at a fair price and pass it on to you to create the most impact possible. We work with a number of farms, greenhouses and distributors in SW Ontario and Lower Mainland BC to procure produce all year round. JP Gladstone Farms in Blenheim, ON and Shadow Produce Family Farm in Chilliwack, BC are just two examples of our partners.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sort of produce do you source and from where?
We source fresh fruits and vegetables that are great to eat, but are thrown away due to their "imperfect" appearance or a surplus production. Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?
No! We understand that your time is precious and shouldn’t be wasted waiting for your box to arrive. Nonetheless, it makes it easier for our delivery team if you are home and ensures your produce remains at peak freshness. You can also leave a cooler outside to keep your produce as fresh as possible if you like, although this is not required.
What is your billing process like?
All of our orders go through our online website platform, Shopify Payments. We accept all major debit cards, credits cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Your information is kept completely private, encrypted, and safe in our system. Please note that our website is 256 SSL Secure and PCI DSS compliant.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, as long as you cancel before the order deadline of Tuesday at 11:55pm Eastern Time or 8:55pm Pacific Time, you won’t be charged for the upcoming week. If you feel there was something wrong with a previous box or encounter any issues whatsoever, we encourage you to contact our team at help@oddbunch.ca, as we would love to make it right before you decide to cancel.
How will I know what's coming?
We update our Weekly Harvest on our website and socials every Monday at approximately 2:00pm. The Weekly Harvest applies to orders that are shipping that week between Wednesday - Sunday. If you have signed up after the weekly deadline, you will receive the following week's harvest.
