The "No-Return" Policy

To keep our carbon footprint small and our food waste lower, we do not accept physical returns. Once your box has been delivered, it’s yours! If there is an item you can’t use, we encourage you to compost it or pass it along to a neighbour.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our produce, but we know that sometimes things can go sideways during transit. We stand behind everything we package and ship.

If anything isn’t right or feels a little subpar, we want to hear about it. Whether an item arrived damaged or the quality didn't meet our standards, we’ll take care of it.

How to Request a Refund

If you are unhappy with your delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your successful delivery.

  • What to include: Please include your order number and a photo of the items in question so we can share the feedback with our team.
  • Missed Deliveries: Your delivery day and time window are defined by the postal code checker on our website. If your box has not arrived within that window, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time.

Our Promise: We’re here to ensure your experience is nothing short of great. If we missed the mark, we’ll make it right through a credit or a refund to your original payment method.
